Our main objective is to fulfill our customers in a timely manner, therefore we have a facilities department that carries out the entire process of the work according to the specifications of our customers.

– Supervises the correct execution of the work according to the stipulations of the client’s executive project.

– Supervises, ensures and controls the development of activities during the construction process.

– Ensures compliance with the execution deadlines defined in the contract of the work.

– Coordinates the labor requirements and materials needed during the construction process.

– Supervises the safety of the work, therefore complies with all current health and safety regulations at work.

– Department with highly trained personnel to solve any activity or adversity during the work.

– Manager of facilities with certification DC-3.

Maintenance

Realizamos mantenimientos y servicios a los equipos de HVAC con el objetivo principal de  extender su vida útil, en conformidad a los estándares ASHRAE.

– Contamos con certificación constante del personal de servicio.
